Grey Method is a multi-disciplinary movement clinic with locations in Mississauga and Downtown Oakville. From physiotherapy and chiropractic care to massage therapy and beyond, their approach is clinical, hands-on, and genuinely invested in helping patients push past what they thought was possible. With so much happening inside the clinic, from new services to community events, they needed a partner who could help bring that energy online consistently. OurSocial came on in September 2024 to do exactly that, managing their full social presence remotely from Vancouver in full sync with the team.

Grey Method had already built something real. Exceptional clinicians, loyal patients, and a clinic that was constantly growing, adding new services, hosting events, and expanding its community. There was never a shortage of things worth sharing. We worked closely with the Grey Method team to build a content system that brought their clinic to life online. Their brand voice was already strong and their story was compelling. Our role was to make sure it was being told across the right platforms, in a way that their community could follow along and feel connected to everything happening at the clinic.

Content Production and Post Production
We work closely with their marketing manager to develop content ideas and shoot direction. Once filming is done, we handle all post production, editing, graphic design, and scheduling so content goes out on time and on brand every time.
Influencer Marketing and Community Partnerships
We coordinated influencer partnerships to bring creators into the clinic and share their experience with their audiences. We also helped coordinate and strengthen local business partnerships throughout the relationship, supporting the connections Grey Method had already built in the community.
Events and Campaigns
From their community anniversary event to their app launch and clinic rebrand, we supported the planning and execution of every major milestone, building the social campaign around each one so their community could follow along and feel connected to every moment.
Monthly Strategy, Reporting and Ads
Once a month we meet with the team to review analytics, share insights, and bring competitor research to keep the strategy moving forward. We also support them with Meta ads when the opportunity calls for it.
